Into the Heart of the Jungle
Feb. 8-14, 2020
How does Chocolate make you feel?
How does this ancient food stimulate creativity, happiness, and sensuality while also fuelling your body and mind?
We invite you to discover these answers for yourself while immersed in the experience of crafting with Cacao in a primordial jungle oasis…
Dragon Chocolate is a dragon-owned Craft Chocolate venture that has its roots in Belize, where Dragons work closely with Mayan families and Cacao growers. Together, we create an eco-conscious approach to the fine hand-crafting of a timelessly loved food. We believe that Chocolate is made up of SO many delicious parts that go beyond the ingredient list.

This special experience will be held at Sattva Land, a regenerative retreat centre in the Maya Mountains of Belize.
In addition to getting enveloped in chocolate, you will have the chance to live in a off-grid, permaculture based environment that offers its own beauty and healing! Your meals will be prepared with highest quality vegetarian ingredients that will be sourced primarily from the land and local markets. Your home for the week is an exciting selection of accommodations. Choose between living in a Stone Castle, our flamboyant Garden House or our most recently constructed eco-luxurious Shala Cabins! During your stay, you will have access to all amenities on the property which include indoor/outdoor yoga spaces, café, natural pool and walking trails.
Your Dragon Facilitators...
Sam is a Wilderness Guide, Community Builder, and Heart Song Singer. As a long time lover of deep, dark chocolate, Sam answered Cacao's (and Giulia's) call to immerse himself deeper into the process of creation during a journey to Colombia in 2017. He enjoys crafting with his hands and his heart, telling stories and jokes, and contributing to the visioning and space holding that takes place on Sattva Land.
Giulia has lived in Belize for the past 5 years, where she co-created Sattva Land with her family. Her love for Cacao deepened at her first sight of a Cacao tree, and progressively expanded into a personal study for the years following. As a student of deep ecology and wholistic nutrition, she loves to observe and share about the systems of culture, food and medicine in an interconnected way. Choosing a path of regenerative living and healing has guided her into various healing arts modalities. The element of Sound enchants her – she loves to share song and guide people through sound healing journeys.
